I eat less, and treat myself sometimes. It's gotten better!

Eat less at lunch, just some chrisps and a sammich... Dinner I'm into Indian food, and that's not so fattening, apart from the cream. Mmm chicken korma/curries... Dessert is rare, but it might be a milkshake. No breakfast, still, and as an afterschool snack, I make up for it with a bowl of cereal!

Gotten skinnier/less spots, I must say. That's a simple non-diet.
